Dr. Paulos completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Victoria in 2005 and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Dalhousie University in 2011, where he earned awards in Dental Occlusion and Anatomy. He has also received diplomas from Loma Linda University and the gIDE Institute for completing a one-year Master’s program in Implant Dentistry. Dr. Paulos has trained in the latest techniques in bone and soft tissue regeneration and implant placement under the preceptorship of Dr. Sascha Jovanovic. His education and training emphasize a holistic approach to dental surgery, focusing on surgical treatments and biocompatible materials.
Having grown up both in Germany and Austria, the idea of total body medicine, or “Ganzheitsmedizin”, was a concept that Dr. Eva Guggenbichler was exposed to early on in life.
Over the years, she has taken many courses in both dentistry and alternative medicine in order to more completely understand and appreciate the structure and function of the human body.
